Using show wood as a key feature to the models I created this modern, sophisticated design to fit in with the Cintique brand but also move into a different market looking to move into other areas to sell into.
Collection of modern accent chairs designed for a client that works in furnishing high end London homes, hotels and apartments.
Mantis is a contemporary table lamp using a tie-off system to give variable angles of light. Varying from a task light to an ambient light by changing the length of cable. Mantis is inspired by modern architecture having faceted corian details that gives a textured surface with a walnut and brass structure. Mantis is available in many colours of corian with limited colours of fabric cable.
Mirage is a desk designed to help workflow with its movable work surface that allows the user to move the surface bringing items from the back of the desk closer to the user. The surface also reveals hidden storage under the work top allowing cables and items to be hidden from sight. Mirage is also available as compact desk version with one movable work surface and draw.
Shaun is a cute, fluffy and fun stool inspired by knitting and experimental upholstery with pom poms that give an added comfort and texture to the stool with subtle maple legs. Using a medium high density foam keeps the dome shape but reveals a back support once seated. Shaun is available with or without pom poms.
Another design for the Cintique brand using show wood as a key feature. The brief was to design a lounge sofa that could be available as a power recliner or static. A key feature to this sofa is the manual adjustable headrest.
